Group Therapy

Group Therapy provides a caring environment to address and work-through social anxiety and/or relational difficulties. This small gathering (four to eight individuals) is a collective experience: Participants develop camaraderie while accessing a variety of perceptions and perspectives.

Guided by a professional facilitator, group members learn to regulate their reactions and practice interpersonal exchanges; skills they can take with them to help manage the realities of their everyday lives.
